Everyone does some On Ramp classes before joining our regular group classes. These classes will introduce you to CrossFit and assist us in assessing your current fitness level. During these 1-3 classes you will be introduced and coached through the 9 basic CrossFit movements. You will review, do scaled WODS and as you become more proficient, the intensity factor will begin to come into play. Please call Natalie at 217-370-7543 and set up a free consultation and workout.
